@Charles-Cadiente I’ll say yes you can and depending on circumstances maybe even should. But I’ll suggest advice from a good friend of mine. Take it slow learn each other meet spend time together truly build yourselves first then take that leap. And when/if you do best of luck.

@anele-ntenjwa I'd try and look for a job like studio designer consultant or bookeeper, cause you'd be working with a mix of everything you like and plus use your experience as an accountant.
@lukehill93 It's hard to make the choice between you or others, especially if you feel others deserve the job more than you.... BUT ... You have been offered the position for a reason. The company must like you as a person and a worker.
So personally I think you should go for it
@justchatamy I’m mainly seeing my future in animation or illustration as an art career(as my knack for drawing and sketching things onto my sketchbook) I see it as a limitless opportunity for people as of many one can see it art and anything you can do with it can bring you to any sort of grand reward in life of being proud for the fact you are a content creator and that the world is just what you can create for or just create in general anything and on the topic of how I’d get there is mainly on the bachelors of animation or illustration at Sheridan college(it’s well known for being one of the most successful art education faculties in Canada) so I’m really hoping for the future of my life with art
@mjwalker it sounds as if you're dealing with an immature speciman of the male species hereafter referred to as El Jerko. You have probably already had words with him.
You have a few options to consider and one piece of advice.
Document your observations and interactions with El Jerko in a CYA, cover your butt file.
Discover places he frequents outside of work. Enlist the help of a very large friend, sit down and go over your prepared notes with El Jerko. Calmly make it clear you will not tolerate his interference any longer. The implied threat may be sufficient to eliminate his bs.
Go to your manager with your CYA file. Present only the highlights and major issues, nothing personal, no feelings. Focus on impact of El Jerko's actions on the company.
Leave contaminated attractive food in the company fridge or on your desk. I'm guessing El Jerko is a thief.
Leave anonymous notes on his car, front door, social media Spread lies, innuendo, threats are prosecutable and would likely point back to you. Wear gloves, pretend you're in a movie but try to have backup to watch out for you and keep you safe.
Frame El Jerko, get nasty, devious, set him up then stand back and watch someone else "discover" the evidence.
