I dont watch anime and I know this is basic but mine is Full Metal Alchemist
Might be the nostalgia but also the fact that the anime only has one filler episode and haves everything to plot twists , action , comedy , dark moments , a magic system and good charecters . Also one of the first anime I watched .

Man another question that is hard to answer.....Anime is fricking huge like Professor Google. I have tonnes that I love and refuse to compare. But if you ask Genres then mine would be BL, Cultivation, Reincarnation. I have so many other Genres as well. Honestly....
