Shahada
To put it simply, every muslim believes and states that the is only one God - Allah swt. - and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah (prophet). -
Shalat
It's a prayer that we do five times a day. What's fascinating about shalat is - every move from the shalah has a meaning of their own and all of the Muslim around the world, WE are facing the same direction while doing shalat - and that is Ka'bah in Masjid Al-Haram, Mecca :kaaba: . Uh, let me cry in happiness :loudly_crying_face: -
Shaum (Fasting)
There's a must for all healthy Muslim to fast in a holy month in the Islamic calendar and that is......
ba dum tsss - RAMADHAN! Unfortunate sick people who get sick and can't fast in this holy month can replace their incomplete fast in the same amount of days. If it's not possible for people with a terminal illness, they could replace their missing fast with fidyah. Fidyah is a religious donation which can be food, or money, and it is used to feed those in need. -
Zakat
It is a must for every financially stable Muslim to share 2.5% of their wealth to those people in need. No, you won't be poor in a day just because you do this. As if. Sharing is caring! -
Hajj
Any Muslim should go for hajj at least once in their lifetime. I WANNA GO TOOO.
Of course, if 2020 is considered a dangerous time for hajj due to pandemic, there will be no hajj this year. Oh, it is held annually based on the Islamic calendar.
Duuuuuun duuun that's five for you guys. That's all.

I guess you don't know that christian easter falls on the first Sunday after the Full Moon date, based on mathematical calculations, that falls on or after March 21. If you knew that, you would not be asking with such disrespect about why other religions also time their festivities after the moon.

I respect Islam, it thought me lot , to be clean and thought me to respect other being and surrounding!! Muslims follower, have agenda, can't be open to other sect and relegion ... Can't accept as it is and it's with all sect and relegion too for all sect and relegion have two types of followers , with fear, who not have understanding about Islam(teachings) conditioned and fed fear imprinted from formation or surroundings!! One more is high prist is greed seek power next togod , get all type of respect from all type of class ... Butler of god's .. so what else I can think more than this positive or negative do not matter comes with favours then likes and dislikes , agenda, possessiveness, rules regulations and not able to accept new ideas.. disagreement -

@Canadian-guy well I don't follow any relegion and I don't care too.. but aware of most of the relegion which is followed by past or still in process so My point is I do not matter positive or negative yeah it's comes with favours, likes and dislikes and then comes possessiveness.. rule and regulations needed to maintain the ideology of some being and with fear or greed will hurt the surroundings with agenda ..
it's a good idea and universal thruth, work once upon a time and made sense for that perticular moment.. plus some people need relegion because not able to live life without it so it's good
