To what extent does looks of a person influence your decision of dating them

I personally go for looks if i have no history with them at all but if i am acquainted with that person and happen to like their personality then its a different story

looks are definitely important.. there must be some attraction to begin with, IMO.. I really cannot say how important looks are but they do play a part.

My attraction to a person is based on a kind of energy or vibe that I get from them (its probably actually just caused by pheromones). But yeah looks are not as important as the chemistry. Even somebody really good looking might have the wrong vibe for me. 🤷

@Witchslayer Looks is of course important because everyone has their own visual type and that's the first step. If a guy is hot but not a good person that will erase him being hot IMO. Now if I were to meet someone I wasn't at first attracted to but they were cool and we clicked I would date them. Although I have a visual "type" a great personality is most important to ME. 😊 😊 😊

@Witchslayer Getting attracted by looks is quite natural even the animals do that like the bees getting attracted to flowers due to the colorfful petals.To me looks definitely play a important role but it's secondary.The most important charecteristic of a person to whom i get attracted is that who is physically fit(not suffering from any chronic diseases)and is polite and has a little common sense.
