Eventually he will realise that no-one at school proposes and calm down a bit. The people closest to us are the best at hurting us sometimes, but I'm sure they didn't mean it. More likely than not this is the first time the guy has been told a girl likes him and he's scared because he doesn't know how to act. It will get better :)

i.e. indecent behavior in public, cops put anything under it from kissing in public, doing sexual stuff in public places, in some cases being uncomfortably close in public placesalso live in relationships are okay by supreme court of indias order which says a live in relationship woman has same rights to alimony as a married woman if the relationship lasts a certain period
about sex until she is 18 her consent means squat in court of law so if she is caught both get charged with POCSO and go to juvenile home for 3 years max
