Having insomnia is really breaking me both mentally and physically every day i would feel sleepy and when i sleep i mostly get 3 or 4 hours of sleep if im lucky ill get 5 or 6 but it has been a major issue to me sleeping has been one of my issues right now i sometimes fall asleep in our school but would wake up 1 minute later my teacher doesn't know that i have insomnia so she'd wake me up and scold me about it having insomnia is tough so if you have it im sorry for you as i have gone through all of that 😞
