I can only dive in shallow depth. All I do is just float around, look at colorful fish, but then come out feeling like I have had a big day 😁

@Cosmic_Lady June solstice is happening. But no summer here. I have dry and rainy season only, as I located on the equator, neither on the north or south hemisphere. It's a tropical country.

@TheZeightGuy Learn to sync our heart and mind. Life is a miracle, we can't enjoy it if we don't apreciate it.
If some people around us have mental health problem, we shouldn't try to fix them or offer advice. We aren't a trained psychologist. We should just listen to them, be a supportive open ear and encourage them to get professional help.
