@Cold-Sun If I fight fire with fire, the room will go up in smoke. I better put my ego aside and walk away. And, cry if I have to. It makes me calm down somehow. Once the rage subside, I can magically go back to my usual happy self. Simple as that. I won't hold any silly grudges towards anyone. Maybe yes, my ability to process the emotion of anger is not unlike that of a child.

I don't regularly exercise. I just get a morning walk in the park sometimes, swimming once or twice in a month :grinning: But I always take stairs everyday at the office, a journey to my desk on the 3rd floor, up and down. I do this at least 2 times a day as I arrive in the morning and go out for lunch. Each time I come back I go up 3 floors. And I dance everyday at home, while doing house chores :grin: Does it count as exercise?

Men come in all sizes, shapes and colors. If I meet someone and that person causes me to get a little fluttery and seems to be checking me out.. well, their race should have no meaning

Be realistic. I won't imagine light when there isn't any. I will find different tunnel where I can see ray of light, then I will cling to it and won't quit before I reach the end of the tunnel
