There is no shame in being confused. The whole thing is fundamentally irrational.

I have seen a multitude of arguments suggesting that it is racist for a white person to not be sexually attracted to a black person, or that liking specific physical characteristics is morally questionable in some way. As hard as I try to understand, none of them hold water.

My suggestion is that you disregard this entirely and move on. I would be happy to answer more specific questions if you wish, however.

I would suggest leaving as soon as you can. If the police cannot assist you and fighting back is not an option the only alternative is to retreat.

Identify the reasons as to why you feel insecure and resolve them. Reasons may or may not include: Are you not toned? Are you chubby? Do you have confidence issues, etc?

As some other people may suggest you can learn to love yourself. Whilst I would personally discourage this it can be an option that is worth exploring, although I feel this is the path of most resistance.

From my observations women statistically prefer rugged masculinity. Beards are associated with masculinity. I would infer that women typically like beards. There will be exceptions of course, but if let's say you were on the pull you'd have better chances if you had a manly beard.

If, hypothetically however you have your eye on a specific girl then find out what she likes beforehand. She may be an outlier.
