ooh, great tips all around! let me add some of mine

• try reading a book (or something similar) before going to sleep. it usually does wonders for me~
• no coffee or tea after 6 PM. don't eat anything either. oxygen is all you need
• if you can't fall asleep at all, get some fresh air. cool yourself down & try again

for real tho, getting a good night's sleep is super important. nothing screws up productivity more than not getting enough sleep
