cuddling with pets is a super idea, if you have any. i'd also recommend going outside and doing something active, like riding a bike, jogging or just walking around for a bit. it's a very simple thing to do and it usually works for me :D

i'm an introvert, and i've had social anxiety all my life. i used to worry a lot about not acting like a normal person in social situations, but over time i've come to accept the fact that i'm going to be like this for the rest of my life. i think that it's possible to be a shy introvert AND live a fulfilling life tho, you just have to be aware of your low social energy & push yourself out of your comfort zone every now and then :)

somebody has been dropping excessive loads in the tws server rooms. again.

a .zip of weed is about 93 mb, i think. i'd recommend a .rar of weed instead, it's way better. stay away from weed.exe tho, that's the naughty stuff
