Mixed feelings, I've been closer to want to leave tws but I've been further from wanting to stay so yeah, unlike you and our friend @pe7erpark3r - "yes, no, no, no, yes, no" :joy:
I think it's about what you make of your time here.
Having a good laugh about the crazy sht that ppl post sure is not the worst use of your time, it's actually quite healthy. Sure beats wasting away in front of the TV. Unless you do it non-stop for hours. If some more serious topic get's you thinking, that's also a good use of your time, because we never stop learning. If your interactions with ppl here helps you work on yourself and your social skills – which it definitely can – that's an added bones. If you make real connections here, which are not limited to the internet itself, that is the grand price.
Having said that I do already (after a week) have the feeling that I use quite some of the time I spend here in a non-productive way. On days where I have less time to spend on TWS I feel like I actually share more of myself with you guys. It's just like with the old non-digital cameras. If you cannot take 100 shots, you make the little you have count. So I suggest – to myself foremost – to limit my time on TWS.
In german there is a saying that goes: less is more. It means just that ↑.
