it depends on the state for example in canada red top milk is 3.8% or homogenized milk and in A u s t r a l i a red top is skim milk

@Azriel 2 - fucken easy , it's true water and soap eliminate germs but when you r u b towel against your body your dead skin sticks to it , towels also then become a good place for other bacteria and germs to stick to it after without washing the towel it basically becomes a very ideal terrarium for all kinds of germs and bacteria and who knows what else
