If freedom is simply being able to do what you want, are animals freer than humans?

What is freedom from your point of view? Is freedom defined as the independence to do anything according to one's will? If this is true, then don't you think animals have more freedom than humans?

freedom in my opinion is you can do anything but in a framework of good laws
but what is a good law?
IMO good law lets all of peopls to be themselves
not that government or other people wants ...

Don't compare animals with humans..
@vrinda I look at freedom as being able to follow your heart so long as your not infringing on anyones elses life. But now a days we are kinda herded like animals to make pre selected decisions.

@vrinda Freedom of thought
(also called freedom of conscience or ideas) is the freedom of an individual to hold or consider a fact, viewpoint, or thought, independent of others' viewpoints.
It is different from and not to be confused with the concept of freedom of speech or expression.
