@PyroDox This is a really, really great topic. It made me think. To answer the question, I believe that death is inevitable; it holds the most power. Time holds the most power. No matter how rich or how powerful one may be, death will eventually find them. I guess it’s regret, the tears that fall down the cheeks of a person who didn’t even care could be regret... realisation. Their attention could suddenly have been brought to the deceived person after so long of being oblivious to them. They could have suddenly been struck with pity and regret of not paying attention to them while they were alive. So yeah that’s what I think causes the change of attitude.
