People put things on skin when they get BUBU and some of us do effortless and gentile exercise regiments
I have fell yesterday on my fingers on the left hand(notably the wrist took most damage), proceeded elbow to the ground, hip rotation, and went over shoulder.
Almost fully healed after 3-4 hours of exercise
And it was 30KMPH fall XD . -

Well now, around 5hourish exercises, managed to close my belt on the same hole as prior to eating 6 cheese burgers.

Got up after few minutes of stretching, should do some more later, then see some advanced techniques.

My smoking habit are picking back up, If I let it slide this night, will I let it slide tomorrow?
Is a beer excuse enough ?
I have put it back in an ashtray, and used the best of the moment I found my self in. Music is always good to relax and exercise gently , take mind away from bad habit. -
