Do chat rooms actually work?

What i mean is, do different chatrooms actually separate users? for example if i go on the lonely chatroom, will i only get connected to those who are also in the lonely chatroom?

@hikari-lin There are only 3 group chatrooms that are "active" on this site currently.
There are 2 rooms that do not require registration and you can choose a name. Global Chat by selecting "Let's Talk" or Live Chat by selecting "Chatting Lounge".Public Chat for registered users.
There is also 1 on 1 Random Chat which requires no registration.
All these links can be accessed by the hot links on a computer at the top of the screen or through the menu on a mobile phone.
Currently only Live Chat and Public Chat are moderated.
