Easy and simple recipes! hmu in the comments with easy, smexy recipes with few ingredients! :smirk:
One of my favourite easy recipes is oven made pasta with salmon and leek!
Ingredients for a 4-person meal
- 350 gr leek
- 250 gr cherry tomatoes
- one (small) onion
- one or two garlic cloves
- 300 gr frozen salmon fillet
- 250 gr uncooked wholegrain penne (or another pasta of your choice)
- 125 ml cooking cream
- a bunch of grated cheese to put on top :grin:
- teaspoon mustard
- A squirt :smirk: of lemon juice
- a bit of ginger (according to taste)
- pepper and salt (according to taste)
- kurkuma (according to taste)
- parsley (according to taste)
- dill (according to taste)
- a bay leaf
- Preheat the oven on 180 °C
- Cut the leek, the onion, the garlic, the tomatoes and the salmonfillets
- Stirfry the leek, onion and garlic in a frying or baking pan
add 500 ml water, the cooking cream and add the mustard, lemon juice, the ginger, pepper, salt, kurkuma, parsley, dill, bay leaf and stirr it together and let cook for a minute or 2. - Grab an ovendish and put the uncooked pasta in it, put the salmon on top (uncooked) and put the leekmix on top of that. Add the cherries and top it off with a nice amount of grated cheese.
- place in the oven for about 30 minutes
Ready to serve! (after it has cooled down for a bit :fire:)
This is such a minimal effort dish and it's with such basic ingredients and doesn't really leave you with a lot of dishes either! I am not a pro recipe writer, so I hope it all makes sense....
When I make it I don't really think that much about how much I use of everything.. I just do it, so don't fret too much over the amount of ingredients...

Sweeeeeets - Snickers balls
You will need:
1/2 cup peanuts unsalted
6 Tablespoons peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1/2 cup of oats
1–3 Tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup
1 pinch of salt- Add the ingredients into the bowl (maybe cut the peanuts a bit before) and blend until the mixture is combined (has lots of texture). Add a little bit of water if too dry.
2.Shape the mixture into balls and place the balls into the fridge to set.
☆optional: you may melt some chocolate and bath your SNICKERS balls in it ☆
Enjoy!

Ab doogh khiar :
Small slices of cucumber
Milk
Small slices of bread
Yoghurt
Walnuts
Some mint for the taste and smell.
Raisins ( optional )
Salt
You just slice everything to small pieces and mix them together. Doesnt have to be too small. Enough that you can tell what is what in your mouth. Then you mix them . Its very tasty and refreshing snd filling with lots of vitamins and its easy to digest -

Yeah it is . U can eat it without frying it but it tastes lil dull. So frying it makes it 😗🤌

@Eucalyptus Here are 2 easy chicken dishes my momma gave me long time ago
RECIPE 1- Chicken and Sauerkraut
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 big jar of sauerkraut (enough to cover chicken and fill dish and drained)
- 1 can of cranberry sauce (whole berry not jelly)
Preheat oven to 350 ℉ (176 ℃)
Place chicken in a dish. Cover all the chicken with the sauerkraut, fill the dish (no extra juice)
Spread the cranberry sauce over top of sauerkraut
Bake for 2.5 hours (yes its long but worth the wait)
Recipe 2- Chicken Supreme
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- sour cream ( to cover chicken only)
- crushed cheese-its or other cheese crackers (enough to cover sour cream on chicken)
- 6-8 tablespoons of melted butter
- garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 ℉ (176 ℃)
Place chicken in pan sprinkle garlic powder over chicken
Spread sour cream over chicken to cover just chicken make it sorta thick
Sprinkle crushed crackers over sour cream
Pour the melted butter over the crackers on top of everything
Bake for 1 hourEnjoy!
