This can be covers, remakes, arrangements, etc. an example for me is the acoustic version of Plush by Stone Temple Pilots! I think the acoustic version far outshines the mainstream version....

@CarmenSensus OMG lol. I did a random search of covers for fun and found this... a cover of "Hurt" by NIN by Johnny Cash... whoa... did not know this existed. What do you think. I think I still love the original but this is amazing to hear too. Not expected
