@A-S-H-I-S-H happiness is the least permanent state of mind, it is rare and doesn’t last. Of course is important to be happy with ourselves, but, for me, that is being balanced, self confident, content. Happiness as you described it, when all that’s sad and hurtful disappears and you feel like you can take over the world, is short. Most beautiful feeling in the world, but not permanent.

I went bar-hopping with my best friend one night. I'm a super shy guy irl, but me and my buddy went to a bar called billy bobs in texas.... met some ladies and scooped em up, went to a place called studio 80, an 80 themed dance club. my buddy had the luck with the ladies in our groulp, but i went and danced my ASS off... id never been dancing before. it was Awesome! I had strangers coming uo to me to dance, and i didnt even know i knew HOW to dance. it was incredbile and one of the most memorable nights of my life

I was lucky enough to have several such moments - most of them related to my job and my passion (dogs) and some of them related to, well, men lol

But what will happen if the person leaves you ? That happiness will not stay long and I think to be happy we need to make ourselves happy and do not depend on others (I feel like I am going out of context , never mind 😔) . Also I m sure that meeting love of your life must have become one of your happiest moments in life . 🙂❤️

@Ash005 There are lots ... too many to pick one. Like @Pia said many are related to jobs or men. Even though none of my relationships worked out for the long run, I still had many happy moments. If I had to pick one though, it would be seeing my Best Friends first born son being born. It was amazing.

Oh I have had many of these nights in my 20's :). Glad you were able to experience the joy of just letting loose on the dance floor!
