Lock down took the jobs of a very large population and lots of people are struggling for their lives . Hunger without money is forcing people to steal money or do other illegal things . @Ash005 the pandemic crippled many economies around the world but I don't think it will bring worldwide economic depression although some countries are still struggling with the effect of the pandemic on their economy.

If vaccines don't come out soon, especially in developing countries, then a second round of lockdowns, will almost certainly cause a depression.
