I would also like to implement this on my website solely to annoy users for fun 😂
Is cycling good for human body or its dangerous for knees?
-
I cycle every day Mon to Friday 7 km back and forth for home to work . I m 24. Is it dangeours for my knees and bones in long run?
-
@Emily Not at all. Cycling is a good exercise for your legs. Although it does strain your knees in the beginning but soon you will get used to it as your knees grows strong too. And 7 km in one stretch is no big deal at all.
So.. Happy Cycling..!! :))

@emily this is the best exercise ever you can do on earth. even when u r 100 yrs old, keep cycling, it will prolong ur life days. eat healthy greeny foods and nuts. ur bone wont get damaged, if it pains, then it will be coz of ur body which it couldn bare. so never ever give cycling in ur life.

I am absolutely convinced that cycling is useful for our body. Jogging can really be harmful to our knees but cycling is always a good idea. Recently I even decided to buy 24 inch bike cruiser. First of all, bike is very convenient when you live in a town and this is very healthy.

@Emily not hard on your knees. You may get tight hips from being hunched over so much. If you stretch regularly you should be just fine
