@obviouslylucifer does the rule of inherited surname also apply to any other communities(like muslims, christians etc.)to whom names are not that important ?
is it necessarily surname that is to be inherited or is it any part of the father's name (like part of a name that doesn't indicate any caste)?
does the national id card or other documents directly contain the caste of a person ?
