@Monica-Brown is new fake TWS account.(my guess) She isn't the actual of MONICA LIN BROWN who was awarded SILVER STAR. I've proved, when i ask for send a pic to me as real condition there by email, she doesnt send me with real condition there. Look at the photo profile.. I've searched the photo on google and google directed me to a post that explain same case of scamming by a same picture..
