I WANNA SLEEP AND DREAM

i am not able to sleep since several nights , whenever i sleep , someone in the colony starts shouting or dogs start crying and then i stay awake all night long .
plzz tell me how can i have a good sleep and have good dreams ???

@ragnar-lothbrok yeah i turn on the radio whenever i go to sleep , but my dad switches it off before he sleeps bcoz of wastage of electricity
