one thing u expect from future

I was thinking about to this topic a while ago. so what u expect from future? .
I expect that someone invent lens n coz of that all phone company will shut down .
so what's special about that lens ? well its kinda compact vr.

I'd hope for:

• some sort of device to get you anywhere in a matter of minutes / seconds (teleportation)
• Time Travelling, at least to the past
• Cloning

@Ash33 Six things I know 100% without doubt that WILL happen. (Some already in the process)

1. I'm obviously going to die of health issues within the next 25 years. (I'll be lucky to live past 10 more).
2. The borders will fully open in the U.S.
3. In the U.S. firearms will either be outlawed to civilians or there will be a civil war over the matter. Eventually, the government will turn fascist in this regard. It will be up to citizens to revolt and defend the 2nd amendment of the constitution. (But see below)
4. The U.S. Constitution will either be thrown out, officially become invalid, or reformed to meet only extreme views. Civilians and officials alike of extreme beliefs already claim it to no longer apply to modern times.
5. In the U.S. citizens who are disabled on government assistance will lose that assistance of both income and health care (this may not apply to illegal immigrants as the government will be very lenient to them)
6. The United States will become a 3rd world country.

As you can see, I'm a realist pessimist optimist :joy:

I hope to get into a great college and dorm somewhere far away from home :joy: im going to major in business, graduate and hopefully get a good job so i can save up, get promotions, buy my own car and eventually my own home, meet someone who is worth it, have kids , raise them, send them to college, watch them turn into intellectual adults and see them have and raise kids of their own.

An earth like planet to live on because I dont think this ones gonna survive. And better human beings ofc!!

@Ash33 , more advanced medical cures but in reality the pharmaceutical companies won’t allow that because they make too much $$$$ pushing their poisons. So, I’ll go with realistic robots like TRS said because sex sells so that will probably happen. Teleportation would be AMAZING!! I know exactly where I’d go first 😏A new planet would be nice, we are quickly destroying this one and hopefully wouldn’t do the same to the next 😬 The future possibilities are endless but to me.... bleak. Humans on the whole are parasites, money and power rule over all else to the detriment of this earth and every living thing on it.
