Near where I live, you've got Salisbury Plain, a gazillion acre stretch of land supposedly used by the military for training, but in reality you never see anyone, but they say that if ever you leave the footpath, you'll immediately get SHOT BY A SNIPER or get your NECK SNAPPED by a concealed SAS commando.
So I'll probably just ambush people who wonder into my gaff innit.

@LeoWeirdo build an offgrid cabin in the middle, rent out the outskirts of the plot as pastures for ppl who got horses or cattle. Plant cashcrops here n there, not necessarily weed 🙄. Drive around it on a crossbike, fly drones, build some bed and breakfast back to basics treehouses, maybe a campground.
Land=cash=fun living. -

@Compton A pond is not good in the tropics. Mosquitoes will lay eggs there. Which will eventually lead to more Dengue or Malaria cases.
