Indeed is the best. It lets you apply directly or takes you to the apply page of the company.
Naukri the second best, but it got limitations like many companies mess with the locations and we get notifications of jobs not in our preferred location because of them. One city startups put multiple locations in their postings and it spams our mailboxes instead of what we actually need. But, I have seen HRs using this portal to fetch candidates

I noticed a couple of times that resumes sent through job boards are often lost or unanswered. I really do not know why, but it is a fact. I prefer to play it safe and send a cover letter with my resume attached to the email address of the company or recruiter directly.
