Loneliness, albeit a natural feeling, is not something most people want to experience. Studies have shown that poor sleep and lack of physical activity are correlated to feelings of loneliness so here are some advice on how to avoid loneliness
-reading regularly
-Playing a sport
-Painting
-Gardening
-Look for good hikes in your area, or simply explore a new park.
Try going kayaking or on a bike ride, if you’re not interested in just walking around.
-Adopt a pet
Keep in mind that getting a pet is a big responsibility, and does require a large amount of time and care.
-Go for coffee or to a cafe
-Take a walk through a local park
Run errands together (specifically with a close friend/family member)
-Going to a music festival or other related event
-There are certain foods particularly fruits and vegetables that contain hormones that increase happiness.
Just a few advice to avoid loneliness
@gotmewrong well they do say that life is just a concept of our imagination. Something about out brains not being able to comprehend what's going on so it plays images through your eyes so it won't go insane.
@sybariumy yeah that wouldnt be all that bad apart from me living in scotland, its on an island that doesnt have alot of weapons to defend yourself e.c.t but i can see the apeal and even though i havnt played S.T.A.L.K.E.R i have played other zombie/ mutant games like fallout 4, the last of us, most of the zombie survial ones like h1z1, DayZ, 7 days to die and stuff. @cjko I would say as time has gone on in life I find these type of events happen more often than not.
This is only achieved, similarly to 'luck', hence the more you are 'out there' the more chance you have of these encounters happening.

@cjko beauty relating to aesthetics isn't really objective as western society makes it to be-simply nice body with seeex appeal.
So no. Beauty isn't just your body(face included)/10 by definition aesthetics take in count in all physical and mental factors
SO THOSE IDIOTS WHO SAY 'Beauty is whats inside' are no different to those who initially said that 'Beauty is whats outside'(basis of western culture)
Cuz there simply is NO PRINCIPLE TO BEAUTY
its art in itself
You ultimately want to be beautiful in everybody elses term 100% no doubt- you wont be asking this if so. So my best advice-
Because a person is composed of the spirit and the body, become the best in both. Once you develop the spirit(yourself) enough, you will care less about this whole topic.
It never is easy and people act dumb to it and do things to forget about it or fix ite.g. addictions as they are so consumed
