It can be both it just depends on how you look at it. Now overly jealous can be bad for a relationship but a little bit of jealous is okay because it shows the other person you care about them and you want them and them only
I think the same thing I think of Italian (my country), American, New Zealand or Alpha Centauri guys ..
They are people ... as such, they should not be judged by the country of origin but by their actions
