An open nomination for The New Rising Star in TWS..

Qualifications:

1. A bonafide newbie member of TWS.
2. He or she must be active in topics.
3. Tenure of 2 months and a half or less but not more than 3 months. (members more than 3months are disqualify)
4. Must be friendly,optimistic and has/have good traits.
5. Have a star factor or quality.

You can nominate yourself,or atleast 2 persons..

After I receive nominations I will make a poll for this.. Each nominees will receive 10upvotes from me,and another 10upvotes from @Mr-H..

Nomination starts now and will end on Sept 1,10pm PH time..
