The internet itself is glitchy and overstretched due to lockins being too futuristic to watch TV or read comics. Either that or there's crumbs under yr keyboard preventing you from typing yr password right. ARE YOU SURE THERE'S NO CRUMBS IN THE UNDERWORLD?
