Say, how do you handle anxiety? or feeling lost?


  • Hello, I am Mavie. Sorry for intruding. But I greatly appreciate your help and opinions. So, yes. First, I am not sure if this is anxiety working on my head. Never been diagnosed and I think never would be 'cause of resources and other people views here in my country. But yea, I've been feeling under the weather this days. I don't understand myself and always feel tired. And I just don't want to do anything. Also, my thoughts are just so loud. They're not good they're the bad and dark thoughts. I have a history of harming myself before and I have this idea of expressing pain through slicing my arm. Like just that when I see blood coming out it makes me feel relieve like a heavy burden been lift up from me. However, that was before. I don't do that now. Because I just feel empty, lost that kind of feels. But really, I just don't understand myself these months and days, it's getting harder to control my thoughts and emotion. I always feel bad though there's nothing to feel bad. And it's affecting my studies. So I want to ask for your help or any advices if you may. Again thank you for taking the time in reading this.

    I feel same. And I take it so lightly. After reading ur topic, I feel like i should take some action on it


  • I try meditation, and then I work out. Either weight training, jogging or martial arts. If that is not my fit for that day, then I try art that is expressive, like music, airbrush painting or such. And if that doesn't work, I normally drive to the desert and chill looking into the calm of the night. Just keep your mind busy and find what you like, and take the positive feelings from it. Hope this helps..

  • @mvie_20 You need attention and care not necessarly from others but from ur own self , 1st delete the past just erase it (dont think abt it ) 2nd don't evaluate urself when ur sad or mad but just distract ur negative thoughts by doing things u like instead and I mean good things like sports , gaming , writing , reading , playing music etc ... 3rd put a set of goals that u know u can do and start doing them 4th have faith in god don't despair .

  • Thank you @AXES I do art sometimes and do listen to music too. Or go out and enjoy some air outside. But there are times when it don't work that way. But still thank you, I appreciate your help.
