@Merlin-James Theres a new Docuseries on Netflix called the History of Swear words. First episode is Fuck. Science shows you are smarter and stronger when using the word in an "appropriate" way. Funny show ... good watch.
What do you do to improve your mood when you are in a bad mood?

@liliputian1 Oh man. I was really passionate about League of Legends and CS:GO (going to regional tournaments, I even played with some pros few years ago :P) Now I prefer games with good story and singleplayer like The Witcher, Nier Automata, Dark Souls, DOOM, Metro, and list goes on. But I kinda distanced myself from games, I don't spend that much time playing them. Due to many different factors.

basically, I will write down in a notebook/diary and expressing my feelings on it. Listening to music while writing down also helps me a lot.
-
watching a movie or tv show, playing games, reading, listening to an audiobook or going out with friends usually help me take my mind of negative things.
