@therisingsun Hey TRS. I am biased sometimes. I can act childish and immature at times. I kiss lots of butts on here and try not to offend people. Maybe I should be considered moderator material.

On the other hand, I am not in any cliques though and am not underage. I also can be rather emotionless and unbiased most of the time. I usually don't allow drama, pettiness, or any kind of childish behavior though. And I wouldn't abuse my power. I also don't believe in treating people unfair. Maybe I'm not moderator material after all... o.o What do you think?

@ODIN @TalkWithStranger care to chime in on the discussion? I would like to hear your valued opinions on the matter of moderator criteria in light of recent events.

Very well said and I also believe this to be true. There are current moderators I consider good friends of mine. Not only are they friendly, but they are unbiased, welcoming, and very helpful when users need it or ask for help. I don't know every moderator, so I am only talking about a handful of people here that I know.

As far as leaders go, there seems to have been a major shift in the environmental balance of TWS over the last month. It seems like the whole atmosphere of this place has changed, as well as I have noticed a difference in the personality and helpfulness of the current admin. What I am seeing now is division among TWS staff as well as lots of drama happening with both staff and users.

It would be nice if users and moderators alike would voice their true opinions without holding anything back. I think there are truths and lies of how this site is being governed. I have heard a whole lot of negative terms lately regarding the staff of TWS among this drama. I think truths should be exposed and people should clear the air.

I don't claim to know the entire situations of happenings/incidents on here, but resolution would be nice.

EDIT: I always used to have concern for this site. The betterment of TWS at heart. I wanted this site to keep growing and become even greater. But things seem to be going downhill lately. I just wonder if any official staff members could address the issues that have been mentioned in this entire topic so far. @ODIN @TalkWithStranger
