@Kanuna if its consensual with all the people in the relationship I believe its fine. not everyone is going to be into I and that's fine. and by unnatural , just look at nature, some animals stick to one mate, others have multiple. so really it just depends on who you are and what you are ok with in a relationship.

@faithfulman35 I actually have a really good solution for this. I myself have an overprotective father. find out his interests. offer to participate in these activities with him. if that doesn't work you might need more time with him when your SO is with you. he'll see how well you treat her, how respectful you are, and how happy you make her. a good way to do this is taking them out to dinner. a relatively nice one, it doesn't have to be gourmet five stars, but just good enough that you can prove you can take care of his daughter. @TheGoldenMole I can whole heartedly say I relate to this. I feel bad cause I want to be friendly person and I consider myself to be very kind. but when I meet new peole that I don't deem "worthy" of my attention I just avoid eye contact after its shown that they aren't really my speed. I know that sounds horrible and im actually quite disappointed in myself for this mindset . I can help with specific situation questions, like how to give off the vibe that you don't want to talk, or if you need to change your headspace completely I can help with that as well.

@dusty127 tbh, in certain circumstances if the right song is playing, yes, lol but if its one I don't know, or im not feeling, no way in hell ill be able to dance to it lol.

tbh, I count it as cheating. if youre uninterested enough and bored of your SO enough to shift your focus on someone else and flirt, that's a major problem, and not healthy for the other person because it can cause trust issues later on down the road., im not saying you cant flirt while in a relationship, that's your business. but if you truly love this person, don't do it. hope this helped!

@otsbunny I recommend, either finding someone else, or if you aren't ready for that, adopt a dog. it will be therapeutic for both you and the pup, and its scientifically proven dogs relieve stress. hope this helped.
