@Kakashi , my resolution is typical I want to exercise and be consistent with it to tone up and lose 8kg. A few coworkers and I have formed a group chat and we text pics of ourselves after our workouts and what we did. Occasionally we post our healthy meals. Oh, and we all too before pics and measurements in our bathing suits to compare to in a few months.
