Okay, so I've been an emotional mess. At first, I thought it was just because of my period. Also, on top of being emotional, I've been thinking about death. BUT not ending it.
I have reached out for help by texting a mental health hotline. And I have calmed down sometimes by using apps like Rootd, Finch, and Moodlinks.
Dare I say I self-diagnosed myself with anxiety.
I don't quite understand what I'm really going through.

• Lost of appetite sometimes/ eating less
• Headaches
• My insides feel weird
• Feeling like what I'm doing isn't enough
• Randomly wanting to throw up but can't
  That's some of the things I've been feeling/happening in my life. I didn't always feel like this it started in late July then got more serious in August.
  Please I want to better understand what I'm feeling to help myself.

I don't have any volunteer work. And I haven't gone to school for 2 years. Should I still bring up things I did in high school?

And sometimes it is your own parents that make you feel that way. By comparing you to your siblings. Like no SHIT they're better they're OLDER than me.

How do I make a resume with no job experience? Also, what do you need to bring for a job interview?

@eoM I ended up finding a crisis text line. It's for mental health it helped me for a moment. It's 741741 it's 24 hours, though it's only in the United States.

In mid-August I started having bad anxiety. I have been thinking about the end of my life. It's not that I want to end it. The main point is I think I need to talk this out with someone but I don't know who. As of now, I can't afford professional help.
