But on a social level, men who are genius, exceptionally talented and have positive skills should be encouraged to have multiple wives and be given a lot of privilege by the government based on the number of children they give birth to. Their wives will also be selected by the government by measuring their talent, intellect and innate physical beauty. The government should also encourage below-average people to have little to no children at all.

This will gradually lead to a very smart society.

@Janet It seems that what is widely perceived as stupidity is merely personality and behaviour: so even if a person is not really stupid in terms of intellect, people may subjectively perceive him and his actions as "stupid".

But if we define "stupidity" objectively in terms of low creativity, thinking speed, mathematical logic etc. then stupidity can come from malnutrition, anxiety & depression, lack of sleep, illness, brain injury, drug abuse, uncomfortable hot & humid weather, pollution, genetic makeup etc.

@TheGoldenMole Many things that are perceived as evil seem to have a lot of genetic predisposition. A combination of genetic predisposition and environment causes people to do things that are perceived as evil. Some genes are expressed only under particular environmental conditions. So both genetics and environment are essential.

A person who is not genetically predisposed to committing evil can commit evil under the influence of drugs/chemicals which can have an impact on his psyche by altering his neurobiology. For example, Amphetamine is a drug that has made a lot of people commit things widely perceived as evil.

People can also be chemically desensitized which can result in them committing things considered evil.
