I`m going to say a hot dog is not a sandwich.

Consider this,

Car

Is this then a car, it fits all the requirements?

A van is not a car, it is a van.

A hotdog is not a sandwich, it is a hotdog.

@Kakashi I fully support that idea, crew usually hate getting involved with parents when babies cry or kids are unruly or noisy so it’s really difficult to shush them, If I were the flight attendant and i had the means i would kidnap them, take them to Antarctica and let nature take its course.
