One of the wrost things about badly falling out with a bestie is depending the severity they know all your in's and out's.
This, of course, can lead to some unearthly level issues for you.
There may even be extrames of violance upon meeting such previous friend at locations or events....
All in all creating a shite time for others, making you feel low and sad and even the possibility of causing issues with ones health.
maybe there are some insights in this answer maybe my tiny head with big ears knows to much :thinking_face:

So then, I was cooking this morning, making me a nice tuna pasta bake. As I was adding the herb's and spices it got me thinking ....

What's your fav herb or spice ???

Fo me it has to be these:
Herb - Mint
Spice - Cumin
