Isn't it great when you meet new people and just get along.?
I find it strange that you often have better conversations with the ones you hardly know when you compare it to the ones you have with people you have known all ya life..... Is it just me? or do you guys find that to ?

@cjko on the course I went on ... they showed prof that the inhales are more of a psychological help... With the speed that the inhaler releases it's contents most of it get's left in your mouth. They said about 8% manages to get into your lungs.
this is due to the fact that the speed of the release compared to the intake of breath do not compare :(

@therisingsun yup, I think 🤔 the throat squeezing would defo sort the problem....
But that's only a good solution for numb nuts and not for nice peeps ;-)

@cjko it is peaceful apart from the traffic that goes by all day and most of the night lol

And you hear the ropes on the masts of the boats crashing against the masts when you don't hear the traffic lol

@cjko that is true to a degree..
I went to a group to help manage the problem, if you want I can pm you an idea or two that might help

@cjko that's not good, I find that the warmer it is the harder it gets.... as @Barton said... my inhaler helps alot
