Last June, I had started making some great gym progressposted in Weight Loss and Fitness
I was really starting to take the gym seriously last by last June and had seen some amazing results with my diet and routines on form. But a shoulder injury, plus surgery and now this lock down I feel everything I worked hard for is disappearing !
Who else is having a hard time keeping fit during these hard times?
