We can only make guesses and speculations of the probability for Extraterrestrial life to exist based on the number of galaxies(500 billion and more) that exist in the observable and unobservable expanse of the universe. The probability is based on an equation called the Drake Equation. The Drake Equation has been used to estimate the number of technologically advanced species in the universe. So the answer is a "maybe".

Only thing i found cool in buddhism is the practice of meditation. It does help me with stress and there is some scientific merit to its effectiveness. I also like its secular philosophical ideas that I find to be interesting just like Western Philosophy.

What im asking is,have you ever went to a seminar from a person who specializes in motivating people such as Les Brown,Anthony Robbins or Brian Tracy to achieve their aspirations whether it is career/business,family or higher education? What books/media have you enjoyed that have made you more effective?

@sarah Reading or playing games or gym(if it is possible). Read anything fiction or non-fiction. Play anything but preferably a game where you can learn from,if not at least it should be fun.

@talkwithstranger I would not be a good moderator because I would not be effective enough since I am oftentimes busy with other things and there are members here who might be more active in the community than I am. You should probably seek out the members who are in daily.
