@ᑕᖇiᗰᔕ-ᑎ Patriotism in my perspective can be a blessing & a curse. Myself I am quite patriotic, for the United States. But some force themselves into cognitive dissonance in blind love for their country which can have dangerous repercussions, for example Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, Communist China & in many ways the current Trump presidency has fueled this false reality. They are in a sense brainwashed into blind loyalty & not seeing how they are eroding the values that the United States was founded upon. But like I said, I am patriotic in the sense that I make sure to be an informed citizen & leave this place better than it was before me.

@azriel awh Padawan, that's sweet 😊 Maybe somehow you'll meet him in the afterlife if you believe so.

@moisturbation I'm sure they were influenced by depression & drugs. Maybe they're about his childhood or the demons he was fighting against 😔

@thegoddess that indeed would be very interesting, if only we could tell them what the future holds for their descendants 😅

The Fountain always makes me feel nostalgic & sentimental, I've always adored that movie.

If you could go back in the near or distant past, which person out of everyone that has ever lived would you want to meet & have a conversation with? It can only be one person so give it a little thought & they must be deceased😊

@joewindsurf that is a good question Joe, one that is very hard to answer! If that were the case, would matter have some form of being even at the most fundamental level? Would that mean that the universe itself is one big system with a consciousness that we may never understand? That is a good question to ponder Joe, thank you for your reply 😊

@mcurie I like your answer Curie, I agree that you shouldn't put something off to God just because humanity hasn't found the answer yet. Humans have a long way to go to find the answers they crave but you will never get there if you ask a God to find the answers for you 😊
