Yeah I agreed. Watching a big task is like watch the top of mountain from the base of it. We can't climb it in a one step. It is gigantic.
But if we keep track on small steps. And divide big task in to small processes then we have something to see in our check list checked. Then we will know what we r doing.
And ig that's important. Taking a step forward in a day.
Ans that's something to reward worthy.

This kind of habit is not good for long run.
How would u do work or task with no deadlines?
Imo we don't give much importance to our personal tasks. Like working on a hobby or making plans for next 5 years.
Doing work under pressure is something which is beneficial to others. Coz our deadline r most of the time set by others.
That's y this is important topic to brainstorm on it.
I have many tasks without deadlines.

Yeah it was main idea. Eat ugliest frog (do hardest task) on beginning on the day.

Oh I see, u read "eat that frog" book. I stopped reading it after introduction 😅

So I recently found that I tend to procrastinate more when I get overwhelmed by list of tasks I want to finish or a lot things r going in my mind.
I thought to watch some reels or yt video before starting but then I spent more than I want time on scrolling then get tired of doing tasks.
Why do u procrastinate? (if u do it) .
And did u find way to prevent it?
