It's easier if you tell more about what you like or what you expect.
But I'd recommend Ascendance of a Bookworm if you're into good plot and worldbuilding. Not good if you can't dispense constant action and smooth animation, the first 2 season were low budget.
There's Fumetsu no Anata e, very good. About a "sphere" thing that can assume the shape and feeling of things through stimuli. With time it learns to be human.
Otome Game no Hametsu if you're into comedy. Stupid girl reincarnated in the world of a otome game as the villain and while worked to avoid a bad end for her she makes everyone around her fall in love.
Talking about romantic comedy, Love is War. Two super strategist are in love with each other, but they are too proud to admit so they're trying to make the other confess.
For a humor more fast paced: Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun. An apathetic teen boy who writes the sweetest shoujo romances and their friends doing all kind of shenanigans.
If you like action, Banana Fish. It's about gangs of NY. Completed in one season.
For something more completative: Mushishi. The story is about those creatures called mushi that aren't exactly evil but sometimes cause problems for humans. Completed in 2 seasons.
If you like politics: Acca 13. About a young public servant that was put in the middle of political conflicts in this fictional country divided in 13 very distinct districts.
If you like sports: All Out (rugby) and Yuri on Ice (ice skating).
A literature fan? Gankutsuou is a very creative version of The Count of Montecristo.
Anime about otaku in a more realistic way: Wotakoi (Love is hard for otaku), working otakus, and Genshiken, college students.
Historical fantasy and mistery: Kuroshitsuji. A boy who made a contract with demon, now the demon work as his butler while they pursue revange and solve misterys for the queen.
