Help. Am going BALD
-
So genetically my dad and uncles have been bald for a while. I am just 24 and mine seems to be worse than theirs. I have a pretty fast receding hairline. Add that to the middle portion which just keeps getting thinner!! Anyone have any ideas on how to stop or delay it drastically?
-
@kaf I'm afraid you can't fight genetics.... :( well, my grandpa was bald and I'm 30 and having seen anything like hair falling. Just keep searching.

Don't fight it, embrace it :)

@n-soft
Thanks. I will try that -
Exercise, do aerobics/endurance, apparently it helps promote healthy hair growth. Also watch what you're using to wash your hair, some chemicals could damage your follicles.

If your hairline is receding fast and in such a way that the out coming shape of your baldness is of an 'M'. You suffer from a well known hair disease known as Male Pattern Alopeica. At this moment there is no way to control it, I suggest you do not waste money on medicines and remedies, they will be entirely in-effective. Instead save your money and get one of the two treatments, they are durable and guaranteed.
- PRP
- Hair Transplant

@amron24
They sound quite expensive -
@kaf Yes they are.. But nothing good comes free. If you get PRP you'll have sessions depending upon how much hair you have and you'll need to take certain medicine for almost an year. If you get hair transplant you'll need to do extra care for your hair, take medicine for a long time and need checkups for a few month as well. So I suggest you to save money on trying to control your hairfall and get one of these procedures done.
