I know you won't hear this or believe, but if they left you in the manner you say then they aren't really worthy of your love and attention. It is hard to move on ik. Listen to some sad songs, chat about it til you can't chat anymore, remember all the times they made you feel bad etc. Sometimes ppl enter our lives to leave us in a place where we can start our journey to a better life. Sadly very few ppl are meant to be our forever person. Yours is still waiting for you to find them.
