I learned Turkish completely by myself with the help of few friends, at first It was hard to speak but by practice I got good at it and same goes for English or any other. I suggest you to watch English movies or videos more and improve your listening skills and try to follow along the video or even sing song. That'll help you to build the confidence to try to speak.
